摘　　要：大学是国家培养科技精英的重要基地,教师是主导大学发展的主体,教师个人的品德修养与业务能力,直接影响着学生的培养质量。尤其在国家积极倡导的大教育格局下,制定完善的教育体制与方针政策,是巩固发展教育阵地的最强手段。本文论述了立德树人和大教育格局的重要意义,阐明了大学教师培养未来国家接班人的重要职责。The university is an important base for the country to cultivate the scientific and technological elites. The teacher is the main body of the development of the University. The personal moral cultivation and professional ability of the teacher directly affect the quality of the students’ training. In particular, under the great education pattern actively advocated by the state, it is the strongest means to consolidate and develop the education position to formulate perfect education system and policies. This paper discusses the importance of cultivating talents by virtue and the pattern of large education, and expounds the important responsibilities of university teachers in training future national successors.
