摘 要:随着科技及社会的进步,培养高素质应用型专业人才成为国际关注的重点,其中发展工程实践能力强,具有创新及鲜明特点的卓越工科复合型人才成为地方高校"新工科"建设的重中之重。本文以河北北方学院理学院新能源科学与工程专业为例,分析地方高校新能源专业卓越人才的培养中出现的问题,并根据实际情况,提出适合地方高校的协同育人模式改革与实践措施。With the progress of science and technology and society, the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents has become the focus of international attention, among which the development of excellent engineering compound talents with strong engineering practice ability, innovation and distinctive characteristics has become the top priority of the construction of "new engineering" in local universities. Taking the new energy science and engineering major of Science College of Hebei North University as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the training of excellent talents in new energy major of local colleges and universities, and puts forward the reform and practical measures of collaborative education mode suitable for local colleges and universities according to the actual situation.
