摘　　要：本文探讨了一种依托学校大学生创新计划,提高学生创新思维的新型培养模式。实践表明,科研兴趣小组的运作符合实际需求,充分调动学生学习积极性,促进了团队意识,可有效提高科研水平。To improve the medical undergraduates’ creativity in practice, this paper explores a new student studying way by the University Student Innovation Program. Under the guidance of the team teacher, the students of the scientific team enhance their ability to solve problem from real world, with more innovation spirit and team awareness.
