从整体观角度试论针刺补泻手法

摘　　要：治神、守神、得气及针刺补泻都是针刺过程中既需要言传更需要意会的操作要领,四者互为基础,密切相关。笔者通过查阅文献,分析治神、守神、得气和针刺补泻与针刺的关系,提出从整体观角度理解针刺补泻中存在争议的徐疾补泻、提插补泻、烧山火、透天凉4种手法的操作提出拙见,抛砖引玉,希望给针灸学者提供更多思路。In the process of acupuncture,we need not only words but also ideas,which are closely related to each other.Based on the literature review,the author analyzes the relationship between acupuncture and the treatment of spirit,keeping spirit,bring about the desired sensation,and acupuncture reinforcing and reducing,and puts forward four controversial methods of acupuncture reinforcing and reducing:reinforcing and reducing,lifting and interpolating reinforcing and reducing,burning mountain fire,and cooling.
