摘　　要：本文以塔里木大学四个理工学院的学生为研究对象,以学生在参与学科竞赛时如何提高自身综合素质和竞赛体验为出发点,通过建立客观有效的理工类大学生综合素质评价指标体系,使用问卷调查的方法获取数据,对理工类大学生的综合素质进行评价,在此基础上研究学科竞赛对大学生综合素质评价的影响因素,发现积极参与学科竞赛能使学生自身的综合素质整体水平有所提高。This paper takes the students of four science and technology colleges of Tarim University as the research object,how to improve their comprehensive quality and competition experience when they participate in the subject competition as the starting point, through the establishment of an objective and effective evaluation index system for the comprehensive quality of science and technology college students, using the method of questionnaire survey to obtain data, to evaluate the comprehensive quality of science and technology college students, on this basis, this paper studies the influence factors of subject competition on college students’ comprehensive quality evaluation, and finds that active participation in subject competition can improve the overall level of students’ comprehensive quality.
