摘　　要：目的:总结肠腔预减压术在腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌急性梗阻一期结肠吻合术的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年1月广东省陆丰市人民医院普通外科手术治疗的结肠癌急性梗阻56例的临床资料。结果:56例均顺利完成手术,痊愈出院,无围手术期死亡。术后并发症:吻合口瘘3例,经保守治疗治愈;切口感染3例,经清创换药后痊愈。结论:肠腔预减压术在腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌急性梗阻切除一期吻合中具有良好的应用效果。Objective:To explore the efficacy of pre-decompression of intestinal cavity in colon cancer patients with acute obstruction using laparoscopic treatment in which primary colonic anastomosis was performed. Methods:The clinical data of 56 patients with colon cancer complicated with acute obstruction treated by operation were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2017 to Jan 2019. Results:The colonic anastomosis was performed to 56 patients,all of the patients were recovered before discharge. There was no perioperative death. The anastomotic fistulas were presented in 3 patients who were cured with conservative treatment. Incision infection in 3 patients,and they were also recovered after debridement and dressing change. Conclusion:Pre-decompression of intestinal cavity had good efficacy for the colon cancer patients with acute obstruction using laparoscopic treatment.
