摘 要:由于甘蓝型油菜品种数量的增多和品种间的遗传多样性水平较低,仅根据农艺性状对品种进行鉴别的难度逐渐增大。为准确快速地区分油菜品种,本研究从186个InDel标记中筛选出19个InDel标记,这19个In Del标记来自甘蓝型油菜的不同染色体上,并且每个InDel标记在品种(系)间均只有2种等位变异;通过对19个In Del标记在品种中的等位变异进行数字化赋值,构建了76份甘蓝型品种(系)和2份白菜型油菜品种的分子标记身份证。利用InDel标记构建甘蓝型油菜分子身份证的操作简便可行,并且品种(系)的标记信息数据更加简洁直观,有助于油菜品种资源的有效区分和利用,可以在油菜品种的纯合度鉴定、真实性鉴定和品种权益保护等方面提供帮助。It is difficult to distinguish Brassica napus accessions on the basis of their agronomic characters due to the increasing quantity and low genetic diversity between accessions. In order to distinguish Brassica napus accessions accurately and quickly, 19 InDel markers were selected from 186 InDel markers and used to establish molecular identifies for 76 Brassica napus and 2 Brassica rapa accessions in present report. The 19 InDel markers locate on different chromsome of Brassica napus and each marker showed only 2 alleles in all the 78 accessions, alleles of each marker were assigned different numbers. It is a simple and practical method to establish molecular identifies for Brassica napus accessions using InDel markers and the molecular information of accessions is concise and intuitive. This work will contribute to distinguish and utilize Brassica napus accessions effectively, can also provide reference for identifing homozygosity and authenticity of varieties, and variety rights protection.
