摘　　要：目的:评价掺铒:钇铝石榴石激光(erbium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet,Er:YAG)激光联合掺钕钇铝石激光(neodymium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet,Nd:YAG)激光在下颌磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变非手术治疗中的辅助疗效。方法:选择下颌左右均有1颗同名磨牙伴有Ⅱ度根分叉病变(furcation involvement,FI)患者30例,60颗患牙;采用自身对照研究,配对分组,一侧随机设计为实验组,另一侧为对照组。对照组采用龈下超声联合手工刮治器行龈下刮治根面平整(scaling and root planing,SRP),实验组SRP后辅助使用Er:YAG+Nd:YAG激光处理根分叉区。记录观察基线,治疗完成3个月,6个月两组牙龈指数(gingival index,GI),牙周探诊深度(probing depth,PD),水平探诊深度(horizontal probing depth,HPD)和临床附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)。结果:实验组与对照组在治疗后各临床指标同基线时相比均有改善,且实验组GI,PD改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),HPD,AL改善两组间差异则无统计学意义。结论:Er:YAG联合Nd:YAG激光在下颌磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变非手术治疗中有一定辅助疗效。Objective:To evaluate the adjuvant effect of Er:YAG+Nd:YAG laser in non surgical treatment of ClassⅡfurcation involvement in mandibular molars.Methods:Sixty mandibular molars with ClassⅡfurcation involvements from 30 systemically healthy patients with chronic periodontitis were selected.One side of the same patient’s teeth was randomly designed as experimental group,the other side as control group.Teeth in the test group were treated with applications of Er:YAG+Nd:YAG laser and scaling and root planing(SRP)while teeth in the control group were treated with SRP alone.The clinical parameters including gingival index(GI),probing depth(PD),horizontal probing depth(HPD)and attachmen tloss(AL)were measured at baseline,3-month and 6-month follow-up.Results:The improvement of GI and PD index in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of HPD and AL between the two groups.Conclusion:The adjunctive use of Er:YAG+Nd:YAG laser to conventional SRP reveal a certain auxiliary curative effect than SRP alone in non surgical treatment of ClassⅡfurcation involvement in mandibular molars.
