摘  要:以2015—2018年沪深A股170家制造业上市公司为样本,运用文本分析法、多元回归法,探索了管理者外部环境认知、资源配置与企业成长之间的关系。研究发现:管理者对外部环境越关注,企业成长能力越强;管理者对外部环境认知程度越高,企业越倾向于对资源进行重新配置;资源配置在管理者外部环境认知和企业成长之间起中介作用。研究结论丰富了企业成长领域的相关研究,也为企业适应不断变化的外部环境而实施相应的战略选择提供了有益的启示。Based on the sample of 170 Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in manufacturing industry from 2015 to 2018,the relationship between managers'external environmental cognition,resource allocation and enterprise growth are studied through text analysis and multiple regression model.The results reveal that the more attention senior managers pay to the enterprise external operating environment,the stronger the enterprise ability grows.The higher the manager's external environmental cognition level is,the more likely the company is to reallocate resources.Resource allocation plays a mediating role between manager's external environmental cognition and enterprise growth.This enriches the related research in the field of enterprise growth,and also provides insightful inspirations for companies to adapt corresponding strategies to the changing external environments.
