临床药师参与1例阿片类药物不良反应敏感癌痛患者的药学实践

摘　　要：临床药师参与1例阿片类药物不良反应敏感的癌痛患者的药学监护过程,分析不良反应发生原因以及合理优化镇痛方案。本案例中,临床药师根据患者的临床表现,查阅相关文献资料,结合自身药学专业知识,为该患者制订合理的镇痛方案,减轻药物不良反应发生并有效镇痛,保障了患者的用药安全,为临床提供该类癌痛患者的用药参考。Clinical pharmacists participated in the pharmaceutical care of a cancer pain patient who was sensitive to opioid adverse reactions,analyzed the causes of adverse reactions and optimized the analgesic program.According to the clinical manifestations of the patient,pharmacists consulted relevant literatures,made use of their expertise,established a reasonable analgesic plan for the patient.Adverse drug reactions were reduced and analgesia effective,which ensured the safety of patient medication,and provide reference for clinical use of such drugs for cancer pain patients.
