摘 要:目的探讨血清DJ-1蛋白和叶酸受体-1(folate receptor-1,FOLR1)水平检测联合哥本哈根指数(Copenhagen index,CPH-I)诊断上皮性卵巢癌的临床价值。方法将2016年1月至2019年3月首都医科大学宣武医院收治的83例上皮性卵巢癌患者纳入恶性组,将该院同期收治的85例卵巢良性肿瘤患者纳入良性组。比较两组患者血清DJ-1蛋白、FOLR1、糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen,CA125)、人附睾蛋白4(human epididymis protein 4,HE4)水平,绘制受试者操作特征曲线(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC曲线),分析上述指标单独或联合诊断上皮性卵巢癌的价值。结果恶性组患者血清DJ-1蛋白、FOLR1、CA125、HE4水平和CPH-I均显著高于良性组(均P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示:DJ-1蛋白、FOLR1水平和CPH-I联合诊断上皮性卵巢癌的灵敏度、特异度、曲线下面积均大于DJ-1蛋白、FOLR1、CA125、HE4水平和CPH-I单独诊断。结论DJ-1蛋白、FOLR1水平检测联合CPH-I能够提高对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断效能,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of DJ-1 protein and folate receptor-1(FOLR1)levels combined with Copenhagen index(CPH-I)in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Method Eighty-three patients with epithelial ovarian cancer treated in Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University from January 2016 to March 2019 were included in malignant group,and 85 patients with benign ovarian tumors treated in the hospital in the same period were included in benign group.The levels of serum DJ-1 protein,FOLR1,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymis protein 4(HE4)were compared between the two groups,and the receiver operator characteristic curve(ROC curve)was drawn,the value of the above indexes in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer was analyzed.Result The levels of serum DJ-1 protein,FOLR1,CA125,HE4 and CPH-I in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve of DJ-1 protein,FOLR1 and CPH-I in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer were higher than those of DJ-1 protein,FOLR1,CA125,HE4 and CPH-I alone.Conclusion The detection of DJ-1 protein and FOLR1 levels combined with CPH-I can improve the diagnostic efficiency of epithelial ovarian cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
