摘　　要：市场经济的发展对英语人才的要求愈来愈高,对高校人才培养带来了极大的挑战。结合市场需求,高校人才培养模式改革势在必行,应从人才培养目标、课程设置、实施计划等方面进行全方位调整,从而构建英语语言技能和实践能力并重的一专多能的应用型人才培养模式。The development of the market economy requires more and more English talents,which brings great challenges to the cultivation of talents at universities.Combined with market demand,the reform of talent cultivation mode in universities is imperative.All-round adjustments are made in terms of talent cultivation objectives,curriculum settings,implementation plans,etc.,to achieve the application-oriented talent training mode concentrating both on English-language skills and practical abilities.
