摘 要:目的分析高压氧综合治疗对良性骨肿瘤患者植骨重建术后的疗效。方法选取2012年5月至2017年5月在洛阳正骨医院行植骨重建修复术的良性骨肿瘤患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,2组均经手术刮除骨质病灶并植入异体骨,观察组患者术后给予高压氧治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、植骨重建后相关情况、治疗前以及治疗后1、3个月良性骨肿瘤X线最大横径及骨密度的变化。结果观察组患者经高压氧治疗后优良率为82.50%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨折线消失时间、软组织肿胀消失时间均早于对照组,切口引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后1、3个月良性骨肿瘤X线最大横径均较术前明显减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月2组患者骨密度均较术前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后3个月对照组患者骨密度仍低于治疗前及观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后1、3个月病灶MRI水肿最大横径均明显小于治疗前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高压氧辅助治疗良性骨肿瘤患者植骨重建术后临床疗效显著,可明显减少出血及感染,促进骨愈合,使病灶水肿范围缩小,提高骨密度,有较好的临床应用前景。Objective To analyze the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on the patients with benign bone tumor after bone grafting reconstruction.Methods A total of 80 patients with benign bone tumor,treated in Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital from May 2012 to May 2017,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 in each group.Bone lesions were removed and allograft bone was implanted in both groups.Patients in the observation group were treated with HBO after surgery.The clinical effect,the conditions after bone grafting reconstruction,and the changes in X-ray maximum transverse diameter and bone mineral density of benign bone tumors before treatment 1 and 3 months after the treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The excellence rate in the observation group after HBO(82.00%)was significantly higher than that(60.00%)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the fracture line and soft tissue swelling in the observation group disappeared earlier than those in the control group,and the incision drainage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The maximum X-ray transverse diameters of benign bone tumors in the observation group 1 and 3 months after treatment were significantly smaller than those before surgery and those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).One month after treatment,bone mineral densities in both groups were significantly lower than those before operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,bone mineral densities in the control group were still lower than those before treatment and those in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The maximum MRI transverse diameters of edema in the observation group 1 and 3 months after treatment in the observation group were significantly smaller than those before treatment and those in th
