影响云大附属中学初中生体育健身活动因素分析

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,通过学校、家庭和社会因素对云南大学附属中学初中学生参与体育健身活动具有影响进行探讨。结果:云南大学附属中学一二一校区场地设施有限,课程内容形式不够新颖,使学生参与热情受限;学生参与体育健身锻炼受家庭体育运动氛围、环境和家人的态度影响,但社会压力因素是主要原因。This paper uses literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods to explore the influence of school,family and society on junior middle school students'participation in physical fitness activities in the affiliated middle school of Yunnan University.Results:the campus facilities of the affiliated middle school of Yunnan University are limited,and the curriculum content is not novel enough,which limited the students'enthusiasm for participation.Students'participation in physical fitness is influenced by family sports atmosphere,environment and family members'attitude,with social pressure as the main reason.
