摘 要:体育运动的本源是生活,生活也是推动体育运动不断发展的坚强动力。当前学校教学大多将体育教育与生活内涵相“剥离”,影响了体育运动的价值。在体育教育改革不断深化背景下,生活化已经成为学校体育运动的主要发展趋势。因此,积极向生活化延伸,既是学校体育运动教学的创新方向,更是从学生培养实际需求出发的功能转型与本质回归。从现实需要与转型特征等视角看,当前学校体育教学需要将生活化内涵融入到内容选择、模式设置各个环节,实现体育运动的社会化价值。本文从学校体育运动与生活化的“剥离”现状出发,全面探究学校体育运动回归生活化的本质趋向。The origin of sports is life,and life is also a strong driving force to promote the continuous development of sports.Current school teaching mostly“strips”physical education from the connotation of life,affecting the value of sports.Under the background of the deepening reform of physical education,life-oriented has become the main development trend of school physical education.Therefore,actively extending to life is not only the innovative direction of school sports teaching,but also the functional transformation and essential regression starting from the actual needs of students'training.From the perspective of realistic needs and transformation characteristics,the current school physical education needs to integrate the connotation of life into all aspects of content selection and mode setting,so as to realize the socialized value of sports.Starting from the current situation of the“stripping”of school sports and life activation,this paper comprehensively explores the essential trend of school sports returning to life.
