浅析辅导员心理辅导工作与学校心理咨询工作的关系——以高职院校辅导员为基本视角

摘　　要：现代社会人才竞争激烈,学生易产生心理问题,对教育工作者的要求越来越高。心理辅导是高校辅导员工作的重要组成部分,针对当前辅导员在做心理辅导的现状,以及与高校心理咨询关系进行探讨,结果表明:只有通过高校辅导员与心理咨询师工作的有机结合,相互配合,才能全面解决大学生的心理问题。The competition in modern society is fierce,students are prone to psychological problems,and the requirements for educators are getting higher and higher.Psychological counseling is an important part of the counselor's work.The current situation of counselors'psychological counseling and its relationship with school psychological counseling are discussed.The results show that only through the organic combination of the work of school counselors and psychological counselors,can the psychological problems of college students be fully solved.
