摘  要:医教协同是提高护理本科人才培养质量的重要举措。通过对医教协同背景下应用型护理本科人才培养质量提升路径的探索和实践,主要包括构建医教协同背景下应用型护理本科人才培养体系;构建医教研协同体、搭建协同育人平台;建立多维度保障机制。以期提高应用型护理本科人才的培养质量。Medical and educational cooperation is an important measure to improve the quality of nursing undergraduate personnel training.This paper explores and practices the ways to improve the quality of applied nursing undergraduate talents under the background of medical and educational cooperation,including the construction of applied nursing undergraduate personnel training system under the background of medical and educational cooperation the construction of medical teaching and research cooperation,the construction of collaborative education platform,and the establishment of multi-dimensional guarantee mechanism with a view to improving the training quality of applied nursing undergraduate talents.
