摘　　要：以2-肼基吡啶与苯甲醛为原料,通过缩合与氧化环化反应合成3-苯基-1,2,4-三氮唑并[4,3-a]吡啶。通过本实验教学不仅能巩固学生的基本操作技能,还可以让学生了解有机合成领域的前沿知识,激发其对有机化学专业的兴趣。A comprehensive organic chemistry experiment of heterocyclic compound synthesis is introduced in the paper.3-Phenyl-1,2,4-triazo[4,3-a]pyridine is synthesized from 2-hydrazinopyridine and benzaldehyde via condensation and oxidative cyclization.This experiment teaching can not only consolidate students'basic operation skills,but also let them learn the recent progress in organic synthesis and enhance their interest in organic chemistry.
