摘  要:近年来,渐趋严峻的大学生就业形势导致大学生的就业问题成为备受社会各界广泛关注的热点话题,医教协同改革政策的出台给口腔医学毕业生就业形势带来了更大的冲击,就业市场对人才的需求也呈现多样化趋势。二级学院作为人才培养的摇篮,立足专业教育,以社会需求为导向,整合第一第二课堂,形成集专业教育、职业生涯规划教育、就业服务指导为一体的就业工作新机制,注重加强学生创新精神的培养,是帮助学生树立正确就业观、增强学生就业竞争力、促进就业的有效办法。In the recent years,the increasingly severe employed situation of college students has become hot issue of society.The policy of coordinated reform of medical education has brought a great impact to the employment of stomatology graduates,and the job market’s demand for talents has also shown a tendency of diversity.As a cradle of talent training,secondary college is based on professional education,and is oriented by social needs.It integrates the first and second classroom,forms a new mechanism that integrated professional education,career planning education and employment service guidance.The secondary college focuses on strengthening the cultivation of students’innovative spirit,which is an effective way to assist students to establish correct view of employment,enhance their competitiveness and promote employment.
