摘　　要：文章探讨"巴林特小组模式"的心理课堂教学对于提高高校护生情绪智力的作用及效果。选取某高校三年级护生218人为研究对象,基于护理心理学课堂,采用巴林特小组模式,对护生情绪智力进行培养和干预。干预前后使用情绪智力量表(EIS)对情绪智力进行测量并进行统计分析。实验班护生情绪智力总分及情绪知觉、自我情绪管理、情绪利用维度后测得分显著高于前测,对照班情绪智力及各维度得分差异不显著。由此可知,基于心理课堂的巴林特小组模式教学是一种有效的培养高校护生情绪智力的教学模式。Objective:To study the effects of"Balint Group"style psychological course on improving emotional intelligence of nursing students in university.Methods:218 nursing students participated this study.Based on psychological course,revised"Balint Group"were applied to clinical case discussion,situational simulation and role-play to practice and foster emotional intelligence of nursing students.Results:Total score of emotional intelligence,emotion perception,utilizing emotions and managing self-relevant emotions are significantly difference between before and after intervention,whereas,managing others’emotions is not significantly different.Conclusion:"Balint Group"base on psychological class is an effect way to foster nursing student’s emotional intelligence.
