摘　　要：在新时代"双一流"背景下,建设一流学科和培养中国特色人才是高校的重要任务,石油与天然气工程学科人才培养尤为重要。博士作为石油与天然气工程学科的最高学历层次,能否在"双一流"背景下推进该学科博士生创新能力培养,对我国石油与天然气工程学科发展具有重要意义。Under the background of"double first-class"in the new era,it is an important task for universities to build first-class disciplines and train talents with Chinese characteristics.The training of talents in the disciplines of oil and gas engineering is particularly important.As the highest academic level in the discipline of petroleum and natural gas engineering,whether a doctoral degree can promote the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students in this discipline under the background of"double first-class"is of great significance to the development of the discipline of petroleum and natural gas engineering in China.
