摘　　要：针对“中国制造2025”的发展要求,应用型人才在我国的需求不断增加,高等职业教育青年教师对应用型人才的培养起着重要作用。以提升应用型青年教师素质为目标,分析新时代应用型青年教师特征及重要性,总结应用型青年教师素质提升的关键因素。According to the development requirements of"made in China 2025",the demand for applied talents is increasing in China,and young teachers in higher vocational education play an important role in cultivating talents.In order to improve the quality of applied young teachers,this paper analyzes the characteristics and importance of applied young teachers in the new era and summarizes the key factors for the quality improvement of applied young teachers.
