摘　　要：随着高校课程体系改革的逐步深入,行政管理专业的人才培养方向已经逐步由单纯理论型向应用型转变。行政管理专业本身的学科特性,使得实践教学在整个人才培养体系中的重要地位凸显出来。文章试图对行政管理专业实践教育的校府合作模式进行描述,并从基本理念、培养目标、主要形式与关键环节四个角度进行诠释,以期对其他高校行政管理专业实践教学活动的展开提供一些经验借鉴。With the gradual deepening of the reform of college curriculum system,the direction of talent training in administrative management has gradually changed from a purely theoretical type to an application type.In addition,the disciplinary characteristics of administration management major make the practical teaching play an important role in the whole talent training system.This article attempts to give a general description of school-government cooperation model of administrative management practice education,and mainly interprets it from four aspects of basic concepts,training objectives,main forms and key links,in order to provide some experience for the conduction of practical teaching activities in administration management of other universities.
