摘 要:探讨类比教学在非临床专业医学生临床教学中的应用效果。对比试验组(2016级医学检验)与对照组(2016级信息管理)课堂考核成绩、课题提问参与度及其授课效果问卷结果的差异。试验组的考试多选题成绩较优,课堂参与度、授课效果问卷中试验组喜爱度更高,且认为课程更容易学习。类比教学有利于提高学生临床推断能力、参与度和学习兴趣,值得进一步推广。This paper explores the application effect of analogy teaching on the clinical teaching of non-clinical medical students.Comparison between the test group(students of 2016 medical examination)and the control group(students of 2016 information management)is made in terms of classroom assessment scores,subject question participation and results of the lectures differences.The results show that multi-topic examination results,active participation in class and teaching effect of the experimental group are better.analogy teaching is conducive to improving students'clinical inference ability,participation,and interest in learning,which is worthy of further promotion.
