摘　　要：儒家思想构成了中国传统教育的主流,在很大程度上影响着现代中国教育事业发展。高校教师作为人才培养者,自身综合水平直接决定人才培养的效果。孔子对义利问题的探讨,在提升高校教师自身水平方面仍有很高的价值。同时对提升教师个人能力、加强职业道德、增强队伍凝聚力、优化教学效果,有着十分重要的现实意义。Confucianism constitutes the mainstream of Chinese traditional education,which affects modern Chinese education to a great extent.Teachers in colleges and universities as talents trainers,their own comprehensive level directly determines the effect of talent training,Its own comprehensive level directly determines the effect of talents training.Confucius'discussion on the issues of justice and interest is still of great value to improve the level of teachers in colleges and universities.At the same time,it is of great practical significance for improving teachers'individual ability,strengthening professional ethics,enhancing team cohesion and optimizing teaching effect.
