摘　　要：针对软件工程专业“校企合作”模式下的“校内实训”的特点,采用B/S模式和WEB开发技术开发一套教学实训管理系统,实现了系统管理、实训技术方向选择、实训过程管理和人才信息储备等功能,形成“线上”实训管理平台与“线下”教学实训相融合的实训体系,推动实训教学改革,提高实训教学管理效率和实训教学质量。According to the characteristics of"Campus Training"in the"school enterprise cooperation"mode of software engineer⁃ing,a set of teaching training management system is developed by using B/S mode and web development technology,which realiz⁃es the functions of system management,training technology selection,training process management and talent information reserve,and forms the integration of"online"training management platform and"offline"teaching training to promote the reform of practi⁃cal teaching and improve the management efficiency and quality of practical teaching.
