摘　　要：农业现代化建设需要大批专业技术人才,但吉林省园艺技术专业发展较迟缓,本文从学生就业能力、师资队伍建设、教育相关主体职能、乡村振兴等多角度探讨园艺技术专业建设中出现的问题及发展思路,以期为高职园艺技术专业的建设提供帮助。The construction of agricultural modernization needs a large number of professional and technical talents,but the development of horticultural technology in Jilin Province is relatively slow.This paper discussed the problems and development ideas in the construction of horticultural technology from the perspectives of students′employment ability,teachers′team construction,education related main functions,rural revitalization,etc.,in order to provide help for the construction of horticultural technology in higher vocational colleges.
