贫困家庭青少年心理健康的影响因素及对策

摘　　要：贫困家庭青少年因为家庭经济的拮据及不同方面条件的落后,会出现消沉、失望、自惭形秽等负面情绪,有的还会出现心理疾病,给他们的身心发展带来不良影响.本文梳理了鞍山贫困家庭青少年的心理问题,分析其原因,提出提升贫困家庭青少年心理健康水平的有效策略.Because of the poverty of the family economy and the backwardness of different conditions,teenagers from poor families will have negative emotions,such as depression,disappointment,discouragement,self-shame,etc.,and some of them will also have psychological diseases,which bring bad effects on their physical and mental development.This paper sorts out the psychological problems of teenagers from poor families in Anshan,explores the causes,and puts forward effective measures to improve the mental health level of teenagers from poor families.
