护生实习前死亡态度现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查护生实习前的死亡态度现状,分析其影响因素,为护理教育者制定死亡教育策略提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,2019年5—6月,选取安徽省8所医学院校护理专业在读学生225名为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表和中文版死亡态度描绘量表(DAP-R)对其进行调查,采用多重线性回归分析进行死亡态度影响因素的分析。结果225名护生实习前DAP-R总分为(88.03±14.81)分,5个维度得分由高到低依次为:自然接受、死亡逃避、死亡恐惧、趋近接受、逃离接受。单因素分析显示,不同学历、在家中讨论死亡时的气氛、是否接受过死亡教育的护生死亡态度得分差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.528、5.130、2.684;P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,学历、在家庭中讨论死亡时的气氛、是否接受过死亡教育是护生实习前死亡态度的影响因素(P<0.05),能解释总变异的7.8%。结论安徽省8家医学院校的护生实习前死亡态度处于中等水平。教育者应根据死亡态度情况制定死亡教育课程,并根据其影响因素开展多种形式的死亡教育,培养护生正确的生死观。Objective To investigate the status quo of attitude towards death among nursing students before internship and analyze its influencing factors so as to provide basis for nursing educators to formulate death education strategies.Methods From May to June 2019,a total of 225 nursing students from 8 medical colleges in Anhui Province were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method.The general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R)were used to investigate it.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of attitude towards death.Results The total score of DAP-R of 225 nursing students before internship was(88.03±14.81).The scores of the five dimensions from high to low were:natural acceptance,death avoidance,death fear,approach acceptance and escape acceptance.Univariate analysis showed that scores on attitude towards death of nursing students with different education backgrounds,the atmosphere when discussing death at home and whether they had received death education were statistically significant(t=2.528,5.130,2.684;P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background,the atmosphere when discussing death at home and whether receiving death education were influencing factors of attitude towards death before internship(P<0.05),which explained 7.8%of the total variation.Conclusions The attitude towards death before internship among nursing students from 8 medical colleges in Anhui Province is at a medium level.Educators should formulate death education courses according to their attitudes to death and carry out various forms of death education according to their influencing factors so as to cultivate correct life and death views for nursing students.
