摘　　要：目的为了加强对青年医务工作者社会主义核心价值观的培育,引导他们当好人民健康卫士。方法本研究以广东省中医院为例,通过问卷调查分别对青年医务工作者的社会主义核心价值观认同和践行现状进行分析。结果调查结果显示,大部分青年医务工作者对社会主义核心价值观的认同度较高,并且积极在工作中践行。结论针对认同现状和践行现状存在的问题,有必要加强培育社会主义核心价值观,同时提出强化理论阐释、氛围营造、行为引导等方法。Objective To cultivate socialist core values among youth health workers,which are supposed to help them act as better performers in the health service.Methods Analyze the present situation and problems of the identification as well as the practice of the socialist core values among the youg health workers through questionnaire survey,while taking Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine as an example.Results Most of the youg health workers keep high identification of socialist core values and take practice positively.Conclusion Given the problems learned from the survey,it is necessary to find ways of better cultivating socialist core values.And this article puts forward a series of effective measures,such as strengthening theory explanation,creating appropriate atmosphere,and behavior guidance.
