摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径对脊柱转移瘤患者微创手术治疗效果与预后的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2019年5月间陕西省宝鸡市中医医院收治的68例脊柱转移瘤患者为研究对象。根据护理方法不同进行分组,采用常规护理的34例患者纳入常规组,在常规护理基础上采用临床护理路径的34例患者纳入研究组。观察比较两组患者疼痛评分、有效率及生活质量评分。结果两组患者术前疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组术后1d、术后7d和术后3个月疼痛评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者有效率为94.1%,高于常规组的64.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后生活状况、情感状况、家庭状况及功能状况均高于常规组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可改善脊柱转移瘤患者微创手术治疗效果,有效缓解患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To observe the impact of clinical nursing routes on treatment efficacy and prognosis in patients with metastatic spine tumors undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients with metastatic spine tumors treated at Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a study group and a conventional nursing group based on the nursing care they received.Thirty-four patients who were given clinical nursing routes-guided nursing besides conventional nursing were included in the study group and34 patients who were given conventional nursing were included in the conventional nursing group.Scores of pain,treatment effectiveness and scores of quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in scores of preoperative pain between the two groups(P>0.05).Scores of pain were significantly lower in the study group than those in the conventional nursing group at 1 d,7 d and 3 months after operation(all P<0.05).The efficacy rate was 94.1%in the study group which was significantly higher than 64.7%of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The postoperative life,emotion,family and function status were significantly higher in the study group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing routes-guided nursing can effectively relieve pain and improve quality of life in patients with metastatic spine tumors undergoing minimally invasive surgery.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
