口腔黏膜组织中miRNA-590对口腔扁平苔癣癌变的早期诊断效果

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔黏膜中miRNA-590对口腔扁平苔癣(OLP)癌变的早期诊断效果。方法选取2016年4月至2018年4月间山东省立第三医院收治的200例疑似OLP癌变患者,根据病理学确诊分为OLP组101例和口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组99例,另选取40例健康志愿者为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测三组受试者口腔黏膜组织中miRNA-590的表达水平。结果对照组志愿者口腔黏膜miR-590相对表达量为(0.66±0.33),OLP组为(1.93±0.62),OSCC组为(2.76±0.87)。OSCC组和OLP组患者miR-590表达较对照组高,OSCC组患者较OLP组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论miRNA-590表达水平可作为0SCC的早期诊断标准,有很高的临床意义。Objective To study the efficacy of miRNA-590 in oral mucosa tissue in the early diagnosis of oral lichen planus(OLP)canceration.Methods Two hundred patients with suspected OLP canceration who were treated at Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the pathological diagnosis,101 patients were included in the OLP group and 99 patients were included in the oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)group.Another 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The expression level of miRNA-590 in oral mucosa tissues was detected in the three groups by real-time fluorescence-based quantitative PCR technology.Results The expression level of miRNA-590 was 0.66±0.33,1.93±0.62 and 2.76±0.87,respectively in the control group,OLP group and OSCC group.The expression of miRNA-590 was higher in OLP group and OSCC group than in the control group and in OSCC group than in the OLP group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miRNA-590 can be used as a factor in the early diagnosis of OSCC,and it is of high clinical significance.
