摘　　要：目的探讨个案管理对晚期胃癌患者自我护理能力、癌痛评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月间陕西省人民医院收治的86例晚期胃癌患者,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者于对照组基础上采用个案管理,比较两组患者自我护理能力、疼痛及生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者自我护理能力各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者癌痛评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,且观察组除认知功能外均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论个案管理可提升晚期胃癌患者自我护理能力和生活质量,缓解癌痛,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of case management on self-care ability,cancer pain score and quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Eighty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer who received treatment at Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with43 patients in each group.The observation group was given case management besides conventional nursing.The control group was given routine care.Self-care ability,pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,scores of self-care skills increased in both groups with the observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,pain scores reduced in both groups with the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,quality of life score increased in both groups and the quality of life score was observation group higher than the control group except cognitive function(P<0.05).Conclusion Case management can improve patients’self-care ability and quality of life,and relieves cancer pain.It is worthy of promotion in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
