摘 要:浇注系统仿真数据无法直接被CAD系统利用,为提高设计效率和质量,提出了一种基于仿真数据的浇注系统CAD模型自动重构方法,对仿真数据进行解析,以附带属性的中心线为基本单位提取浇注系统信息,以此构建拓扑模型,将曲线出现次数作为分析对象,完善拓扑模型获得浇注系统完整中心线,使用小波分解算法对投影后中心线进行局部光顺处理,最终结合参数化模板库实现浇注系统重构。以实际生产中1模2腔结构的模具为例,基于MoldFlow和UG NX平台,以序列化和反序列化技术作为系统交互手段,验证该方法的有效性和实用性。The simulation data of the gating system could not be directly used by the CAD system. In order to improve the design efficiency and quality, an automatic reconstruction method for the CAD model of the gating system based on the simulation data was proposed. Based on the analysis of the simulation data, the gating system information was extracted by taking the centerline with attributes as the basic unit to build a topological model. Taking the number of curve occurrences as the analysis object, the complete centerline of the gating system was obtained by improving the topological model, and the projection centerline was partially smoothened by using wavelet decomposition algorithm, and the gating system was reconstructed by combining with the parametric template library finally. Taking themould with 2 cavities as an example, based on MoldFlow and UG NX platforms, serialization and deserialization technologies were used as system interaction means to verify the validity and practicability of the method.
