摘  要:探讨科技人才集聚受到Allee效应影响时与区域创新环境共生演化问题。构建科技人才集聚与区域创新环境互惠共生演化模型,分析共生演化模型的平衡点及稳定条件;并以雄安新区为例,对不同的稳定条件进行仿真,进而提出促进科技人才集聚与区域创新环境共生演化的策略。结果表明:科技人才集聚与区域创新环境的演化趋势符合预设的共生演化模型的运行轨迹;共生演化模型的稳定取决于Allee效应、科技人才集聚初始规模、科技人才集聚与区域创新环境共生系数的取值。This paper discusses the symbiotic evolution of scientific and technological talent agglomeration with regional innovative environment when it is affected by the Allee effect.It builts a mutually-beneficial symbiosis evolution model of scientific talent agglomeration and regional innovative environment and analyzes equilibrium and stability of this model.In the end,taking Xiongan New Area as an example to have a simulation analysis to explore the stability condition of this model and draw strategies.The results show that:the evolution trend of scientific talent agglomeration and regional innovative environment conforms to the preset symbiotic evolution model;the strength of Allee effect,the initial scale of scientific talent agglomeration and the symbiotic effect coefficient of scientific talent agglomeration and regional innovative environment are the main factors influencing the stability of the model.
