摘　　要：随着教育改革的深入,高等院校的招生规模不断扩大,生源质量持续走低,自主创业举步维艰,毕业生就业问题成为社会关注的热点话题。文章通过浅析当前的就业背景,提出新时期对大学生的新要求,并对高校人才培养模式现状进行深度解析,重在指出当前高校人才培养模式中存在的问题,对今后优化人才培养具有重要意义。With the deepening of education reform,colleges and universities are constantly expanding enrollment,the quality of students continues to fall,and the employment of graduates has become a hot topic of social concern.By analyzing the requirements for college students in the context of employment,this paper makes a deep analysis of the current situation of talent cultivation mode in Colleges and universities,focusing on pointing out the existing problems of the current talent,thus have great significance to optimize the training of talents in the future.
