摘　　要：该文以人才培养模式为内容,立足区域经济,进行产品设计专业人才培养模式改革创新与实践,对适合我国地方本科院校产品设计创新人才可持续发展培养之路进行研究,探索能够满足社会对多层次创新设计人才需求的方法,以提高地方本科院校产品设计专业人才培养质量。This paper takes the talent training model as the content, based on regional economy, to carry out the reform, innovation and practice of the cultivation model of product design talents. It studies the suitable way of sustainable development of product design innovation talents in local universities in China, and explores ways to meet the social demand for multi-level innovative design talents so as to improve the cultivation quality of product design talents in local universities.
