摘　　要：面对新时代背景下党建工作的新形势、新要求、新挑战,现有的高校本科生党支部在支部的设置、党员的培养体系和党员作用的发挥方面都需要改进与调整。该文旨在探索"一二三"新时代高校本科生党支部建设路径,开拓新媒体党建平台,开展两项专项行动,构建三大工程,对高校学生党建工作进行系统化、模块化整合设计与研究,规范化、科学化开展高校本科生党支部建设工作。Faced with the new situation, new requirements, and new challenges of Party building in the new era, the establishment of Party branches in colleges and universities needs to be improved and adjusted in terms of the establishment of branches, the training system for Party members, and the role of Party members. This paper proposes to construct the "onetwo-three" construction path of new era university undergraduate Party branches, open up a new media Party building platform, carry out two special actions, and build three major projects, so as to ensure the Party building in colleges and universities is carried out in a reasonable, orderly and efficient manner.
