摘 要:该文探讨了PBL联合PACS病例随访式教学法在超声住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。选取石河子大学医学院第一附属医院超声医学科轮转的医学影像专业48人为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,每组24人,实验组采用PBL联合PACS病例随访式教学法,对照组采用传统式教学。在出科考试时对两组学员进行问卷调查、理论考试和上机操作考试的评估。实验组的教学方法在培养临床思维能力、提高自学能力、激发学习兴趣、对教学授课的满意度及掌握所学知识方面的满意态度人数多于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的考试成绩优于对照组成绩(P<0.05)。PBL联合PACS病例随访式教学法在超声住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果优于传统教学法,有助于提高超声医师规范化培训的效果。To explore the teaching effect of PBL combined with PACS case follow-up teaching method in standardized training of ultrasonic resident doctors, 48 medical imaging professionals in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College were selected as the research subjects. They were divided evenly into experimental group and control group. PBL combined with PACS case follow-up teaching method was used in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group. At the time of departure examination, two groups of students were assessed by questionnaire, theory test and operational skill. More people in the experimental group are satisfied with the teaching methods in training clinical thinking ability, improving self-study ability, stimulating learning interest, satisfaction with teaching and mastering knowledge than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the test results of the experimental group are better than those of the control group(P<0.05). So, PBL combined with PACS case follow-up teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in the standardized training of ultrasound resident doctors, which helps to improve the effect of standardized training of ultrasound doctors.
