摘　　要：网络青年力量培育是探索构建高校一体化网络育人质量提升体系的着力点与生长点。网络青年力量培育内在具有"三重逻辑":以核心价值为起点、以传播效应为阶梯、以素养提升为目标;外部发挥"四项作用":主体作用、引领作用、沟通作用、转化作用。深入发掘网络青年力量培育的内在逻辑与外部协同对创新推动构建"三全育人"格局下高校网络育人质量提升体系具有重要意义。The cultivation of network youth strength is the focus and growth point of exploring the construction of an integrated network education quality improvement system in universities. There are "triple logics" in the internal cultivation of network youth strength: core value as the starting point, dissemination effect as the ladder, accomplishment promotion as the goal. The external plays "four roles" : the main role, the leading role, the communication role, and the transformation role. It is of great significance to explore the internal logic and external co-operation of network youth strength cultivation to promote the construction of the quality improvement system of network education in universities under the pattern of "Three Whole Education".
