活塞式压缩机性能测试实验教学中的一些探索

摘　　要：针对目前活塞式压缩机性能测试实验教学中存在的一些问题,从实验前的预习、实验内容、实验项目、实验过程及实验报告等几个方面做出探索,让学生能够更好地理解活塞式压缩机性能测试的目的和意义,掌握实验测试过程原理和实验内容,独立分析实验数据并完成实验报告。通过研究型实验探索,将实验教学和实验研究有机结合,使得学生积极思考,增强学习兴趣,更扎实地掌握实验内容,达到更好的实验教学效果。Aiming at some problems existing in the experimental teaching of Performance Test of Piston Compressor at present,this paper explores several aspects,such as preview,experiment content,experiment item,experiment process and experiment report before the experiment,so that students can better understand the purpose and significance of this course,master the principle and experiment content of experiment test process,analyze experiment data independently and complete experiment report.And through the research experiment exploration,the experiment teaching and the experiment research organically unifies,causes the student to think positively,enhances the study interest,grasps the experiment content more solidly,achieves the better experiment teaching effect.
