普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察用普拉洛芬治疗白内障术后干眼症的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年10月在重庆市彭水苗族土家族自治县德济医院接受治疗的白内障术后干眼症患者122例作为研究对象。根据用药方案的不同将其分为Ordinary组和Observation组(61例/组)。为Ordinary组患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,为Observation组患者采用普拉洛芬滴眼液进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后其泪膜破裂的时间(BUT)及眼干症状的评分。结果:1)Observation组患者治疗的总有效率(96.72%)高于Ordinary组患者治疗的总有效率(86.89%),P<0.05。2)治疗后,Observation组患者的BUT长于Ordinary组患者,其眼干症状的评分低于Ordinary组患者,P<0.05。结论:用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的疗效较好,可显著改善患者眼干的症状。Objective:To observe the effect of pralofen in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods:122 patients with xerophthalmia after cataract surgery who were treated in Deji Hospital of Pengshui Miao Tujia Autonomous County,Chongqing from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into Ordinary group and Observation group(61 cases/group)according to different drug regimen.For Ordinary patients,sodium hyaluronate eye drops were used for treatment,and for Observation group,pralofen eye drops were used for treatment.Then the clinical efficacy,tear film rupture time(BUT)and dry eye symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:1)The total effective rate of Observation group(96.72%)was higher than that of Ordinary group(86.89%),P<0.05.2)After treatment,number of patients in the Observation group BUT longer than the Ordinary group had lower scores for dry eye symptoms than that in the Ordinary group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pralophene eye drops is effective in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery,and can significantly improve the symptoms of dry eye.
