摘　　要：目的:研究分析进展性脑梗死的相关影响因素。方法:将2018年10月至2019年10月山西省霍州市人民医院接诊的脑梗死患者136例作为研究对象。收集其临床资料,了解其病史。将其中68例进展性脑梗死患者作为进展性脑梗死组,将其中68例非进展性脑梗死患者作为非进展性脑梗死组。采用单因素分析法和多因素Logistic回归分析法分析进展性脑梗死的相关影响因素。结果:进展性脑梗死组患者中高血压病程>5年、患有糖尿病、存在血清Hcy、D-二聚体水平升高情况、患有脑动脉狭窄患者的占比均高于非进展性脑梗死组患者,P<0.05。进行多因素logistic回归分析的结果显示,患有脑动脉狭窄、糖尿病、高血压的病程>5年、存在血清D-二聚体水平升高的情况均为进展性脑梗死的相关影响因素。结论:进展性脑梗死的相关影响因素主要包括患者患有脑动脉狭窄、糖尿病、血清D-二聚体的水平升高及高血压的病程>5年等。Objective:To study and analyze the influencing factors of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:136 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Huozhou People’s Hospital of Shanxi Province from October 2018 to October 2019 were studied.Collect their clinical data and understand their medical history.The 68 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were treated as the progressive cerebral infarction group,and the 68 patients with non-progressive cerebral infarction were treated as the non-progressive cerebral infarction group.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of progressive cerebral infarction.Results:the proportion of patients with>years of hypertension,diabetes,elevated serum Hcy,d-dimer level and cerebral artery stenosis in the progressive cerebral infarction group was higher than that in the non-progressive cerebral infarction group(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the course of>5 years with cerebral artery stenosis,diabetes mellitus,hypertension,and the presence of elevated serum d-dimer level were all related influencing factors for progressive cerebral infarction.Conclusion:the related influencing factors of progressive cerebral infarction mainly include cerebral artery stenosis,diabetes,elevated serum d-dimer level,and the course of hypertension>5 years.
