摘　　要：目的:观察用乳腺区段切除手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择2017年9月至2019年10月期间万宁市人民医院收治的80例乳腺良性肿块患者为研究对象。将其随机分为参照组和试验组,每组各40例患者。采用乳腺微创手术对参照组患者进行治疗,采用乳腺区段切除手术对试验组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效和术后并发症的发生情况。结果:与参照组患者相比,试验组患者治疗的总有效率较高,术后其并发症的总发生率较低,P<0.05。结论:用乳腺区段切除手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果显著、安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of segmental mastectomy in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods:80 patients with benign breast masses admitted to Wanning People’s Hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with minimally invasive breast surgery,and patients in the experimental group were treated with sectional mastectomy.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surgical treatment of benign breast mas s with breast region excision is effective and safe.
