进行超早期尿激酶溶栓治疗对急性脑梗死患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究用尿激酶对急性脑梗死(Acute cerebral infarct,ACI)患者进行超早期溶栓治疗的效果。方法:选择海南省第二人民医院收治的141例ACI患者作为研究对象,将其按照入院时间和治疗方法的不同分为超早期组(发病至入院的时间<4.5 h)、早期组(发病至入院的时间为4.5~6 h)和对比组(发病至入院的时间>6 h)。用尿激酶对超早期组患者进行超早期溶栓治疗,用尿激酶对早期组患者进行早期溶栓治疗,对对比组患者进行常规治疗,不进行溶栓治疗,然后比较三组患者的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分及其治疗的总有效率。结果:治疗后,超早期组患者的NIHSS评分低于早期组患者与对比组患者,其Barthel指数评分和治疗的总有效率均高于早期组患者与对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:用尿激酶对ACI患者进行超早期溶栓治疗能减轻其神经功能损伤,提高其日常生活活动能力。objective:to study the urokinase for Acute cerebral infarction(Acute cerebral infarct,ACI)patients with the effect of super early thrombolysis treatment.Methods:the records of 141 patients with ACI second people’s hospital of hainan province as the research object,it shall,in accordance with the admission time divided into super early and treatment group(onset to admission time<4.5 h),the early group(onset to admission time is 4.5~6 h)and control group(onset to admission time>6 h).Patients in the ultra-early group were treated with ultra-early thrombolytic therapy using urokinase,patients in the early group were treated with early thrombolytic therapy using urokinase,and patients in the comparison group were given routine treatment without thrombolytic therapy.Then the NIHSS score,Barthel index score and the total effective rate of treatment in the three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score of patients in the ultra-early group was lower than that of patients in the early group and the comparison group,and the Barthel index score and the total effective rate of treatment were both higher than those in the early group and the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra early thrombolytic therapy with urokinase can reduce the damage of nerve function and improve the ability of daily activities in ACI patients.
