复方利多卡因乳膏在经鼻胃管留置术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方利多卡因乳膏在经鼻胃管留置术中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年2月在西安市胸科医院接受治疗的86例结核性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为试验组和比较组(43例/组)。在对比较组患者进行经鼻胃管留置术前,在胃管的前端涂抹石蜡油。在对试验组患者进行经鼻胃管留置术前,在胃管的前端涂抹石蜡油和复方利多卡因乳膏。然后对比两组患者置管过程中疼痛症状的评分、一次性置管到位的成功率和对护理的满意率。结果:试验组患者置管过程中疼痛症状的评分低于比较组患者,其一次性置管到位的成功率和对护理的总满意率均高于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:在对结核性肠梗阻患者进行经鼻胃管留置术前在胃管前端涂抹石蜡油和复方利多卡因乳膏可有效地减轻其置管过程中的疼痛不适感,提高其一次性置管到位的成功率和对护理的满意率。Objective:To investigate the application effect of compound lidocaine cream in nasogastric tube indwelling.Methods:86 patients with tuberculous ileus treated in Xi‘an Chest Hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and comparison group(43 cases/group).Before nasogastric tube indwelling,paraffin oil was applied to the front end of the gastric tube in the comparison group.In the experimental group,paraffin oil and compound lidocaine cream were applied to the front end of the gastric tube before indwelling through the nasogastric tube.Then the scores of pain symptoms,the success rate of one-time catheterization and the satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of pain symptoms during catheterization in the experimental group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the success rate of one-time catheterization and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing were higher than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying paraffin oil and compound lidocaine cream to the front end of gastric tube before nasogastric tube indwelling in patients with tuberculous ileus can effectively relieve the pain and discomfort during tube indwelling,improve the success rate of one-time tube placement and the sat isfaction rate of nursing.
