老年人前牙慢性根尖炎一次法根管治疗术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析一次法根管治疗术在老年慢性根尖炎患者中的治疗效果。方法2018年2月至2019年2月在我院口腔科接受治疗的124例前牙慢性根尖炎老年患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=62)和参照组(n=62),参照组患者实施多次法根管治疗术,试验组患者实施一次法根管治疗术,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、手术治疗效果及手术前后C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平。结果两组患者术后0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级疼痛率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者手术治疗效果明显优于参照组,两组手术疗效经对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后试验组与参照组患者CRP水平以及IL-6、IL-8水平均较术前下降且试验组患者各项炎性因子水平明显更低,对比术后两组患者CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性根尖炎患者应用一次法根管治疗术有助于提高临床治疗效果,减轻其疼痛等不适感,同时还能够显著改善其炎性反应,临床疗效理想。Objective To analyze the effect of one-time root canal therapy in elderly patients with chronic apical inflammation.Methods 124 elderly patients with chronic apical inflammation of anterior teeth who were treated in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were the subjects of study and were randomly divided into experimental group(n=62)and reference group(n=62),Patients in the reference group received multiple root canal treatments,and patients in the test group received one root canal treatment.The postoperative pain levels,surgical treatment effects,C-reactive protein(CRP),Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-8(IL-8)before and after the operation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the pain rates of grade 0,grade I,grade II and grade III between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The surgical treatment effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group,and the difference in surgical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and IL-6 and IL-8 levels of patients in the experimental group and the reference group after surgery decreased compared with preoperatively,and the levels of various inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly lower.The difference in CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 levels between the two groups of patients after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy for elderly patients with chronic apical inflammation can help improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce their pain and other discomforts,and can also significantly improve their inflammatory response.The clinical effect is ideal.
