超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺肿块早期中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的讨论超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺肿块早期中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年3月的130例早期乳腺肿块患者成为此次研究对象,随机分为对照组(实施常规超声诊断)与研究组(实施超声引导下粗针穿刺活检),各65例,比较两组乳腺肿块检出率、漏诊率、误诊率、敏感度及特异性。结果研究组早期乳腺肿块检出率为90.77%,明显高于对照组的75.38%(P<0.05)。研究组漏诊率、误诊率分别为1.54%、1.54%,均低于对照组的13.85%、15.38%(P<0.05)。研究组敏感度及特异性指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在早期乳腺肿块病症的诊断过程中实施超声引导下粗针穿刺活检方法可有效的提高该病症的临床检出率、敏感度及特异性,降低其发生误诊及漏诊的概率,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided coarse needle biopsy in the early stage of breast masses.Methods Select 130 patients with early breast masses from January 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were selected as observation objects for this study.Then they were randomly divided into control group(routine ultrasound diagnosis)and research group(ultrasound-guided coarse needle biopsy)with 65 cases in each group.The evaluation criteria were detection rate,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,sensitivity and specific indicators.Results The detection rate of early breast masses in the study group was 90.77%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.38%)(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosed rate of the study group were 1.54%and 1.54%,respectively,which were lower than the 13.85%and 15.38%of the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided coarse needle biopsy can effectively improve the clinical detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of early breast mass,reduce the probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and is worthy of promotion.
