果胶铋三联与四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡患者的临床对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨果胶铋三联与四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡患者的临床对照分析。方法选择我院100例于2017年2月至2019年1月接受治疗的消化性溃疡患者,随机分为果胶铋三联疗法组(n=50)和果胶铋四联疗法组(n=50)。比较两组患者的消化性溃疡疗效、消化性溃疡痊愈时间、治疗前后患者肠道微生物不同菌群数目、复发率和不良反应的发生情况。结果果胶铋四联疗法组消化性溃疡疗效、消化性溃疡痊愈时间、肠道微生物不同菌群数目相比较果胶铋三联疗法组更好,数据具有统计学差异,P<0.05。果胶铋四联疗法组的复发率低于果胶铋三联疗法组,数据具有统计学差异,P<0.05。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论果胶铋四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡效果确切,可获得理想效果,能有效改善肠道微生物菌群,加速溃疡愈合速度,并降低复发率,无明显不良反应,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical comparison of bismuth pectin triple therapy and quadruple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods One hundred patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:bismuth pectin triple therapy group(n=50)and bismuth pectin quadruple therapy group(n=50).The curative effect of peptic ulcer,the healing time of peptic ulcer,the number of different intestinal microflora before and after treatment,the recurrence rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of peptic ulcer,the healing time of peptic ulcer and the number of different intestinal microflora in the bismuth pectin quadruple therapy group were better than those in the bismuth pectin triple therapy group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of bismuth pectin quadruple therapy group was lower than that of bismuth pectin triple therapy group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Bismuth pectin quadruple therapy is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer,which can effectively improve intestinal microflora,accelerate ulcer healing,reduce recurrence rate,no obvious adverse reactions and high safety.
