巩膜瓣下双池效应式小梁切除术联合可调整缝线治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的效果

摘　　要：目的分析巩膜瓣下双池效应式小梁切除术联合可调整缝线治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的效果。方法2017年3月至2018年6月我院收治的64例原发性闭角型青光眼患者为对象,共78眼,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32),其中对照组38眼,采用传统小梁切除术治疗,观察组40眼,采用巩膜瓣下双池效应式小梁切除术联合可调整缝线治疗。对比两组患者术后的治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后1周、术后1个月眼压与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),术后6个月眼压值比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者术后功能性滤泡占比率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在原发性闭角型青光眼患者临床中应用巩膜瓣下双池效应式小梁切除术联合可调整缝线治疗,患者的临床治疗效果显著,安全性高。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of trabeculectomy combined with adjustable suture under scleral flap in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma.Methods From March 2017 to June 2018,64 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma were treated in our hospital,a total of 78 eyes were divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=32)using a random number table.),of which 38 eyes in the control group were treated with traditional trabeculectomy,and 40 eyes in the observation group were treated with subscleral flap double-pool effect trabeculectomy combined with adjustable sutures.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients after surgery.Results The intraocular pressure of the observation group was not significantly different from the control group at 1 week and 1 month after the operation(P>0.05),and the intraocular pressure value was lower than the control group at 6 months after the operation(P<0.05);The proportion of functional follicles was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma,subscleral flap double-cister effect trabeculectomy combined with adjustable suture treatment is used in the clinic.The clinical treatment effect of patients is significant and the safety is high.
